GTMU Online Youth Meetups

Join  weekly online meet ups with teens from other countries to learn from each other and build friendship networks as you discussi global challenges and possibilities as we Seek the Perfect World.

Each session pushes you to look at the world's most pressing problems and exciting opportunities through an interdisciplinary  lens, drawing on history, economics, science, philosophy, politics, and lived experience. Because the problems facing our world don't sit neatly in one academic box, and neither should the thinking we bring to them.

By the end of the programme, your group won't just have had better conversations (and some good laughs) — you'll have built something together. Every cohort is guided to develop a team project that translates your shared thinking into a concrete vision or proposal. It's the difference between discussing the world and starting to shape it.

The full programme asks for around 24 hours of your time — one hour-long session each week, plus roughly two hours of team project work outside of sessions. That's about three hours a week for two months: a meaningful commitment, but one that fits around study and work.

And alongside all of that, you'll have made friends — real ones, across borders — who help you see the world differently, more richly.
